For pepper spray and stun guns we only ship to the 48 states, USA.

Shipping is based on product type and weight and is added when you add items to your cart.

Additional shipping charges apply if the destination is outside the 48 states in which case we will contact you before hand.

Important note:  Because UPS and FEDEX have minimum charges, shipping for the first item is normally $6.50, but additional items of the same type only add from 10¢ to $1 or $2.  So ordering more than one of an item gives you the lowest shipping cost per item.

Each item shows the amount for the first item and for additional items.

Note:  if you are ordering one unit of several different items it is better to call us at (866) 269-1313 or send us an Email for a shipping quote.

Then we can consolidate shipping costs for even more savings.

  • More expensive items include tracking & insurance (UPS or FEDEX)

  • Light weight items ship by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service.

  • All products are guaranteed.

  • A return authorization is required.  Call or email us.

  • (Returns without authorization will not be honored.)

  • Defective products must be returned within 30 days.

  • (Except for Stun Guns which have a 1 year factory warranty.)

  • Before returning as defective unit, test it.  Try new batteries.

  • Abuse or misuse voids warranty.

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.

  • Customer pays return shipping back to us.

  • (Use a service that provides package tracking.)

  • We pay shipping back to you for products found to be defective.
